How do I receive my license key after purchase?
Your license key will be sent automatically to the email address used during checkout within minutes of completing your order. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive promptly.
How many computers can I use my license on?
A standard LightBurn license is valid for up to two computers at once. If you get a new computer, you can deactivate your old seat and move it to the new machine.
Do I have to pay a monthly subscription fee?
No. LightBurn is a one-time purchase. Your license will work forever; however, it includes one year of free updates. After the first year, you can choose to renew your maintenance for another year of updates if you wish.
Does LightBurn support my specific laser engraver?
LightBurn supports most GCode, Ruida, Trocen, and TopWisdom based controllers. We recommend downloading the free 30-day trial first to ensure compatibility with your specific hardware.
What is your refund policy on software?
Because we offer a fully functional 30-day free trial, we generally do not offer refunds on software license keys once they have been issued. Please use the trial period to ensure the software meets your needs.
Can I upgrade my license from GCode to DSP later?
Yes, you can upgrade your existing license at any time by paying the price difference between the two versions through our online portal.
