At LightBurn Software, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all license keys if the software has not been activated or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, physical hardware returns are subject to inspection and must be in original condition.

Deactivate License
For software returns, you must deactivate the license key from all installed computers via the 'License Management' portal before a refund can be processed.
Receive Refund
Once your deactivation is verified or your hardware is received at our facility, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
